Prenatal Empowerment: A Visualization Practice for Expectant Mothers

by | October 29, 2024 | Prenatal Postnatal | 0 comments

During my time in LA, I had the joy of working as an active Birth Doula and teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga. I treasured the experience of connecting with expectant mothers and witnessing their journey as they transitioned to my classes with their little ones. Each class incorporated a significant amount of meditation and visualization, enriching the bond between mother and child.

This particular meditation, recorded live, is designed to help you envision and embody your perfect labor and delivery experience. Whether you prefer a home birth, vaginal hospital birth, or a surgical hospital birth, this practice is open to all birth preferences. By routinely engaging in this magical connection with your baby and body, you’ll foster the seeds of tranquility and fortitude, ensuring you’re ready for that precious moment when you finally meet your little one face-to-face.
