Hello! I’m Aria Morgan, a certified yoga and wellness leader with a passion for empowering others to find joy, peace, balance, strength, and transformation through movement, breath and mindfulness. My journey began in 1986 when a speeding Suburban struck me as I walked through a crosswalk. Against all odds, I survived, even though my life was predicted to take a very different path. Twelve years later, I took my first yoga class and instantly knew there was no turning back. Since then, my wellness journey has led me to extraordinary places, introducing me to remarkable teachers and traditions that have profoundly influenced my teaching philosophy.

My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that yoga is universally accessible. Having experienced the transformative effects of yoga personally and witnessed its positive impact on individuals facing autoimmune challenges, physical limitations, and students of all ages and athletic backgrounds, I am convinced of its power to heal, improve physical performance, and alleviate stress. In my classes, I cultivate a safe and welcoming environment where everyone can explore the benefits of mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation.

As a retired birth doula, I have attended over 100 births in person and supported hundreds more as a birth prep coach. I am grateful to share my wealth of knowledge with expectant parents through prenatal and postnatal yoga classes that offer valuable, practical guidance on preparing for birth and navigating the postpartum period. For those seeking a more personalized experience, I provide comprehensive childbirth education and tailored, unbiased support, empowering parents throughout their pregnancy and birth journey.
