Daily movement is essential for optimal health and wellbeing. Moving our energy not only keeps our life force strong, it prevents us from getting “stuck” in areas of tension and tightness, especially if we wish to strengthen and rehabilitate. Daily Downdog offers classic and modern yoga and Qi Gong’s energy practices alongside physical therapy and strength-training. We aim for a two-fold approach: Structure and Flow.

Learn how to guide energy through your body and into your life, no matter where you are or how you feel. Classic yoga describes one such opportunity as khumbaka — the natural pause after every exhale.
