Yoga & Reiki for Sensitive Souls: A New Practice for Empaths & Intuitives

Are you an empath, highly sensitive person (HSP), or intuitive being looking for a way to release tension and restore balance? I created this Yoga & Reiki practice just for you!

Confession: This session was buried in my 2021 hard drive archives and I almost deleted it—not just because the audio and video weren’t perfect, but because it felt “old.”

Then, I did my own practice. And I liked it. Hmmm… dilemma. Do I post an older video where the audio is a little off sync sometimes? Do I redo it? I started to put it on my “redo” list, and my heart sank, a little. I have so many videos to “redo.” It didn’t feel right to put this on yet another list of things to accomplish. The energy inside immediately shifted from light, to heavy, and that’s always a sign that something is “off.”

The next day, during my walk with Riley, I was listening to a Gary Vee podcast, and something he said hit home:
“Most of us wait to post content until we think it’s perfect, but if we just shared what we create, we’d realize nobody expects perfect—we’re just holding ourselves back.”

So I decided to give it a go and used a super simple video editor and tweaked the audio just enough. It’s not perfect, but this experiment is about not being judged, about posting something imperfect but still meaningful. BTW — Look how exhausted Riley was after our walk (!)
