I’m Aria, the founder and creator of Daily Downdog. For over 25 years, I’ve helped people from all walks of life—athletes, inner-city school janitors, new parents,  techies, and celebrities—thrive with yoga. My superpower is making yoga work for everyone —from the physically competitive to those recovering from an injury, managing chronic conditions, or navigating the gift of pregnancy and postpartum. Whether you’re rebuilding strength or facing an immune challenge, I specialize in meeting you where you are.  Prepare to defy expectations and achieve what once felt impossible—one breath, one movement, one day at a time. It all begins with just 10 – 30 minutes a day.
